Refund Policy:
Please inspect your shipments carefully upon delivery and notify Big Guy Little Guy Promotions within 10 business days of receipt of any shortages, damages, defects, errors, or order discrepancies. All returns must receive prior approval. To return, please contact Big Guy Little Guy Promotions with your invoice number. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging with all instructions and appropriate materials included. Big Guy Little Guy Promotions reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise carefully for acceptability. Returns of decorated, washed, used, or altered garments, merchandise or products will not be accepted or credited. Refused or canceled orders will be subject to an additional 30% restocking fee plus any freight or C.O.D. charges.
We take great care in checking, double checking, triple checking and sometimes even fourple checking our orders to ensure you receive you order as requested. Hey we've been doing this for a while, and we like to think we're purdy darn good at it. Sometimes mistakes are made. If it's our fault, we'll fix it. We may blame Canada, but we'll still fix it.

Big Guy Little Guy Promotions accepts electronic art and camera ready artwork.
Popular Formats We Prefer:
Adobe Illustrator [.ai, .eps, .pdf] ~Always convert font to outlines
Macromedia Freehand [.fh0, .eps, .pdf] ~Always convert fonts to paths
Corel Draw [.cdr, .eps, .pdf] ~Always convert font to curves
We do not accept .jpg, .gif, .bmp, or Photoshop files for spot color printing.
*Manipulation of art may incur a charge. If a low resolution file is submitted, our art department can redraw or recreate most artwork for a fee. If you are not sure that your art meets our requirements just email us your logo to art@bigguylittleguy.com and we'll review your artwork for you.
Returns & Replacements
Merchandise cannot be returned without approval. No merchandise will be accepted after 30 days from receipt. All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging with all instructions and all appropriate materials included. Merchandise that has been printed cannot be returned unless a mistake is made on our end. Each order is evaluated carefully. Don't worry, we guarantee our service and product and make sure we get your order right the first time!

Shipping Information & Production Time
Ground Shipping is FREE. For 3-Day Shipping is offered at normal rates at the checkout page. If you need 2-Day or Overnight Shipping, please call 888.987.2454 for a quote before placing your order. Printed orders take approximately 7-10 business days to ship for standard production.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, you must first create an account. This is done when you place an order with us. Once an account has been created, just login to view your order, find tracking information, or update account information.
Minimum Order Quantity Requirement
All orders, whether they be blank or imprinted, have a set minimum purchase requirement (depending on the item, see item details for its minimum).
